The 7th Annual John V. Mesh Memorial Sporting Clay Shoot
Saturday, October 8, 2022 – Check In at 10:00 AM
Powder Creek Shooting Park
8601 Monticello Rd, Lenexa, KS 66227
On October 12, 2015, Firefighter John V. Mesh lost his life battling a fire in northeast Kansas City. John’s greatest passion, behind only his family and the Fire Department, was the outdoors. While growing up, John spent countless hours in the woods with his father and older brothers learning about conservation and had spent the past several years passing this tradition on to his four daughters. To honor John’s memory and legacy, we have created the John V. Mesh Memorial Scholarship, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to sponsoring learning opportunities for children and scholarships for those interested in a profession in conservation.
We will once again have our raffle and auction items on display. We are currently taking participants, sponsors, and donations both monetary and merchandise. Please direct all questions or concerns to Jim Mesh 816.564.7108 or John Sirna 816.694.5256 , or message 363 Hunt Club on Facebook or via E-mail: jvmmemorialscholarship@gmail.com.
